Two roles have just become available to work asPoker Managers in the lucrative Igaming industry in Malta.
The main responsibilities of the Poker Manager include:
- Set up and management of poker promotions for our Client
- Serve as a point of contact with external providers
- Maintaining awareness of poker activities amongst the customer team
- Assisting the customer support team to help resolve player queries
- Ensuring that up to date content is maintained across the brands
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Extensive knowledge of poker as a game and online gaming product
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- 2-3 years of business experience required; gaming industry experience strongly preferred
- Must be fluent in English and preferably another language
