Italian Customer Support Agent – A gaming operator is looking for Italian speakers who have gaming experience or knowledge to join the team. Duties include:
· Answering requests via email, telephone and chat
· Assist Payment and Risk department on related issue
· Give assistance to the VIP team on related issues
· Troubleshooting technical issues that customers may face
· Keep customers updated regarding current promotions and game rules
· Perform outbound calls including verification calls and offers calls according to outlined policies and corporate values
· Assist the customers with bet settlement
· Take part and responsibility in tasks of an administrative nature
· Contribute to a stimulating, pleasant and positive job atmosphere
Salary on offer will be relative to candidate’s experience. Location: Rome, Italy

· Troubleshooting technical problems faced by customers
· Inform customers about ongoing promotions and game rules
· Perform outbound calls such as verification calls and offers according to policies and corporate values
· Assist with bet settlement as required
· Take part and responsibility in administrative tasks
