Dutch Customer Support Agent to work in an established Betting Company here in Malta. (Malta Poker Job Ref no. A0023)Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering queries via email, chat and telephone
- Assist Payment and Risk on related issue
- Assist VIP team on related issues
- Troubleshooting technical problems faced by customers
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and game rules
- Perform outbound calls such as verification calls and offers according to policies and corporate values
- Assist with bet settlement as required
- Take part and responsibility in administrative tasks
- Contribute to a stimulating and positive job environment
Salary on offer: €18K + relocation package
