Norwegian Poker Customer Support Expert
A local igaming operator is seeking bilingual representatives who are fluent in Norwegian and English and will be required to work from their Malta office.
Key Responsibilities
include
• Translation of documents and website content from English to Norwegian
• Responding to customer requests and enquiries in both English and Norwegian
• Fast, accurate and thorough responses to several e-mails per shift
• Management of player accounts
• Hosting of poker tourney final tables
• Providing information on player transactions
• Communications of current promotions
to players
• Connection and techinical assistance to players
• Hand history interpretation for players
• Informing players about available games and applicable game rules
• Reassurance for players concerned about site integrity
The ideal candiate should be:
• Fluent in Norwegian whilst enjoying an excellent command of English language
• Excellent & professional writing skills
• Self-motivated, and capable to work as part of a very active team
• Able to work in a high-volume work environment
• Capable of reaching a typing speed of 40 wpm; and 60 wpm or more preferred
In addition
• Additional European languages would be considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of both online and brick-and-mortar poker would be another plus point
