EMOP Malta 2010
The European Masters of Poker – Malta 2010 has recently been announced by the Entraction Network.
The event, better known as EMOP will be held at the Casino Di Venezia, situated on the Vittoriosa Waterfront, Malta, and will be taking place between the 17th and the 20th November 2010. The buy-in for the poker tournament is expected to be in the region of €1500 + 150. Several online satellites will be organised for this event, and we will post the schedule in our events section as soon are more informaiton is available.
From all we’ve heard so far, the EMOP tournament is scheduled to be spread out over three tournament days [four actual days] as outlined below.
Day 1a – 17th November
Day 1b – 18th November
Day 2 – 19th November
Final day – 20th November
About EMOP – Malta 2009
Last year’s EMOP tournament attracted 291 players from international regions. The event took place between the 23rd and the 26th September 2009 at the Casino di Venezia and reached a prize of €436,500 – The biggest prize pool ever reached in Malta’s Poker history.
