Party Poker’s Big Game IV is taking place in Mayfair, London between the 11th and the 13th April 2009. The event has been receiving a lot of hype in the last few days as the super secretive Isildur1 has been invited to participate in the event, by none other than Tony G, who even offered to stake Isildur1 for entry into the event. According to Tony G’s blog, Isildur1 has accepted the offer and will be joining the rest of the pros for this cash game frenzy.
The 48 hour cash game features a $10,000 buyin and is taking place at Les Ambassedeurs, Mayfair. The extensive list of professional players already includes professional players Phil Laak, Luke ‘FullFlush’ Schwartz, Tony G, Dusty ‘Leatherass’ Schmidt, James Mitchell, Jennifer Tilly and Neil Channing. The most awaited performance is undoubtedly that of Isildur1, however, as millions of poker fans across the globe are dying to have a look at what this player is capable of in the live field.
Very aware of his Isildur’s secretive nature, event organiser Eddie Hearn has also ensured that if needs be, he is willing to make arrangements to have Isilidur1’s identity protected throughout the entire event. He added by saying that ‘We are quite happy to let him play wearing a mask or in disguise!”
