The tournament event that represents the package is the $1000 + 100 event at the Mediterranean Poker Cup, Cyprus 2010 at the Merit Crystal Cove Hotel & Casino in Girne, Cyprus, to take place on the 15th July 2010. The Package prize includes tournament buy-in, accommodation, and return flights to Cyprus.

The minimum age limit for entry into the MPCC casino is 18 years.

Malta Poker Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any player or to withdraw this / or part of the offer / promotion at any time.

Malta Poker Events Tournament rules apply [based on the EPT Rules].

Malta Poker Events reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.

MPCC package is not transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

The MPCC package will be allocated through the  MPESF prize-pool

In the event of the MPCC event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, an equivalent and alternative package will be rewarded.

Any player who wins the MPCC package has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, Malta Poker Events will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.

The tournament will be run in conjunction with LGA Guidelines. In conjunction with LGA Guidelines, the MPESF event held at the Dragonara Casino is not open to any Maltese Casino employees.

Deal Making
Deal making is allowed in the MPESF tournament.
If all remaining players in a tournament agree to split the prize money according to a formula of their choosing, Malta Poker Events will accept this agreement upon review of the proposal.
If all players remaining wish to make a deal, players must notify the tournament director.
Malta Poker Events will not participate in the deal making process, but will serve as a facilitator to ensure that everyone is in complete agreement before agreeing on the deal distribution
Malta Poker Events reserves the right to require that any deal leave some money ‘on the table’ as the first place prize. This money required to be left in play will not be more than 10% and not less than 5% of the total tournament prize pool, and ensures the integrity of the tournament’s finish. The amount of money required to be left in play, if any, will be agreed on between the remaining players and Malta Poker Events
Only players at the final table may deal for the money, and all deals must include all remaining players.

Clothing Branding guidelines
1. Players will be allowed to wear company logos/branding on their shirts provided that the following restrictions are accepted and implemented:
• One breast pocket logo no larger than 3cm x 4cm
• One upper shirt sleeve logo no larger than 3cm x 4cm
2. No other branding on any part of the clothing or body.
3. No more than 10% of the overall entry field at any event on the ‘MPESF’ can wear the branding/logos of any single company with the exception of the headline sponsor of that event. If more than 10% of the players from any single company are wearing the branding/logos of any single company, then the players themselves or a company representative must decide which players wear the branded clothing. If no decision is made, then Malta Poker Events will high card the players to make a decision.
4. No more than 2 players on the final table can wear the logos of any single company. If more than 2 players from any single company reach the final table then the players themselves or a company representative must decide which 2 players wear the branded clothing. If no decision is made, then Malta Poker Events will high card the players to make a decision. Any player starting the final table with no logos must remain wearing no logos throughout the final.
5. Malta Poker Events and the Tournament Director will have absolute discretion to approve the clothing and apparel worn by the players during the event. They will also have the right to remove any logo, image or words on the players’ clothing and apparel, which in the opinion of Malta Poker Events or the Tournament Director contravenes the requirements of Malta Poker Events or any regulatory body.
